1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on April 21 , 2008 through May 31, 2008 log on to krafteathappy.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your “kid friendly” recipe. A “kid friendly” recipe is one you make with your children or one that your child(ren) enjoy eating. All entries must be the entrants’ own original works. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third-party’s pre-existing work does not qualify as an entrantl’s original work. Limit of one online entry per email address or person per day for the duration of the contest. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be disqualified. Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (Sponsor) is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected recipes. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Consumers may also mail in entries. On a 3" x 5" paper, print your complete name, date of birth, complete mailing address, and telephone number with area code. On a separate piece of paper, type or print your recipe. You may enter as often as you like, but each entry must be different and mailed in a separate envelope.

2. OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF: FL, GA, AL, TN and SC only, who are 18 years of age or older as of April 21, 2008 (19 or older if a resident of AL). Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Upshot, Inc.(“Judges”), Publix Super Markets, Inc. their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), members of the immediate families or persons living in the same households of any of the Promotion Parties, as well as professional chefs, food editors home economists, and persons involved in the preparation of food are not eligible to participate.
3. RECIPE: Each recipe must be in English and must include at least one Kraft Sensible Solutions product as an ingredient. Name your recipe, list all ingredients, measurements, complete directions, required utensils, timing, number of servings and other relevant information. All ingredients must be readily available.
4. JUDGING CRITERIA: Entries will be judged by a panel of experts, under the supervision of Upshot, Inc.. Judging will be based on the following criteria: taste - 20%; appropriate use of Sensible Solution product(s) - 20%; convenience of preparation – 20%; originality and creativity – 20% and appropriateness to contest theme – 20% (defined as “kid friendly” recipes, as described in Rule 1). Entries must not have won a previous prize or award nor been previously published and must be entrant's original work. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be rejudged on the basis of Originality and Creativity. Winners will be notified approx. June 30, 2008.
5. GENERAL RULES: Void outside of FL, GA, AL, TN and SC, and where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply. All income taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Potential winners must sign required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity (where permissible) within seven (7) days of first attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. No prize transfers or substitutions allowed, unless prize is generally unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold Publix Super Markets, Promotion Parties, their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in this Contest or use or redemption of prizes, and accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which are final in all matters relating to the Contest. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness and recipe and title for advertising/trade purposes without limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entries submitted and the recipes therein become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this Contest, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Judges modify this Contest in a manner deemed appropriate by the Judges, at the Judges’ sole discretion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailab le network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or by any human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries in this Contest. If, in the Judges’ opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the Contest in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges’ sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the person whose name appears on the online entry form.
6. PRIZES: Four (4) Grand Prizes: Free Groceries at Publix Super Markets for a Year (awarded as $100 in Publix Gift Card per week totaling $5,200 in Publix Gift Cards. Cards will be awarded to Grand Prize winners at one time) plus a $5,000 college scholarship (to be awarded as a $5,000 check). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $10,200. Four (4) First Place Prizes (1 prize per Publix division): Each First Prize winner and child will receive an opportunity to attend a Publix Cooking School class (exact location, class and dates are TBD based on Apron’s Cooking School Class Schedule. Judges will schedule winners’ preferred class directly with Apron’s Cooking School). Prize includes admission for 2 to Apron’s Cooking School (maximum value $100 per attendee) plus one $500 Gift Card (specific gift card partner to be determined) to cover travel expenses. Minimum age for child to attend Publix Apron’s Cooking School is 8 years of age by selected Cooking Class date. A parent or legal guardian of each child will be required to sign and return a liability release as a condition of accompanying winner If child is younger than 8 years of age, prize will be awarded as $200 Publix Gift Card for winner. All travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the winner. ARV: $700 per First Prize (based on attendance of all winners at cooking class).. Total prize value: $43,600 (based on attendance of all First Prize winners at cooking class).. All prizes will be awarded provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Rules.
